The Brie Cheese Board and Knife Set is a split-level cutting board made from eco-friendly Parawood. The cutting board surface swivels open to reveal three stainless steel cheese tools with wooden handles, each in their own secure grooves. This complete set includes one hard cheese knife, one chisel knife (for hard crumbly cheese), and one cheese fork.
Featuring a recessed juice groove to catch cheese brine or juice from cut fruit, this unique and compact cheese board set is equally handy at home for the buffet or when you travel as a picnic cutting board.
